Messaging is the feature which can be used for the Clinics & Patients to send communications. Essentially, this is a feature that allows you to communicate with your patients, practice staff, and provider network in one unified inbox.
Access the Messaging module by clicking the icon on the top left side of the screen and find the icon in the drop down box as shown.
This brings you to the page where you can compose and to view the messages.
Here you can compose and refine your messages by selecting the category as shown below. Categories have an option to drag all the categories listed.
Shown here are features using which you can view the inbox,sent mails, draft, trash,reminders sent to patients etc.
View the Labels and the listed category, by clicking “More”.
Clicking the button as shown in the below screen will show how you can refine the messaging by selecting options like Read, Unread, All, None etc…
By Clicking the next button as shown in the below will refresh the page.
Clicking the “More” button as shown below will show you some category to mark, add and move your selected messages as read, unread, to add star and move to trash etc…
To search for a message, you have to click on the drop-down menu in the middle of the screen as shown below and there you could see multiple options to select any of those to refine the message you were looking for.
To compose a mail, you need to click the compose tab on the top left side of the screen as shown below, once you clicked the compose tab a mini window (New Message) will pop up where you could enter the information’s.
In the New Message window you could see some drop down options and check boxes as shown below, as per your needs you could click all those.
Clicking the icon on the top right side of the screen as shown below is the feature you can add Labels and categories, only the privileged users can add Categories.
